This Legal Notice governs the use of the website www.kooby.io (hereinafter, "the Website"), through which GOLDEN NUGGETS, SLU (hereinafter, "the Company") offers information and contracting of management, point-of-sale and booking software services for hospitality, under the commercial marks Kontrola, Kooby POS and Kooby Bookings, as well as the associated device Kooby Connect Box.
